Coronavirus COVID-19
It is essential the Loving Kindness community – our Staff, Patients, and Participants must remain prepared to enjoy life as we navigate new and emerging health care threats. Loving Kindness has begun implementing our emergency preparedness policy and is monitoring the emergence and spread of Coronavirus COVID-19.
As new information emerges, we will continue to make updates and respond to the COVID-19 outbreak. We are currently providing additional information to our community to educate and inform the people we love of the necessary precautions and procedures when encountering the epidemic.
We appreciate the burden that these uncertain times place on our employees, and thank you in advance for your cooperation. Your flexibility and support are indispensable as we move forward together as a community.
As part of developing strategies, managers should work with their employees to identify opportunities for both training and learning & development. The top training priority is the mandatory compliance training, which includes infectious disease control, incident reporting, handling emergencies, and recognizing signs of diminishing health.
For learning & development, all employees, especially managers and supervisors, should consider completing the online training resources provided… We are also giving information distributed by the CDC.
